Die moderne Programmiersprache Rust findet vor allem in der Cloud-Welt zunehmend ihre Anhänger:innen und seit Februar 2021 ist mit der Gründung der Rust Foundation (die beteiligten Unternehmen sind AWS, Huawei, Google, Microsoft und Mozilla) auch ihre Weiterentwicklung auf sichere Beine gestellt. In diesem Video-Training lernen Sie, wie Sie erste eigene Programme in Rust entwickeln. Den Anfang macht das Speichern von Daten in Variablen, Konstanten, Tupeln und Arrays. Komplexer aufgebaute Daten kapseln sogenannte Structures. Darüber hinaus erfahren Sie, was sich hinter Referenzen und Slices verbirgt, wie Ihnen die sogenannte generische Programmierung hilft und welche Konzepte sich Rust aus funktionalen Programmiersprachen geborgt hat.
